Senior Living Communities in Fort Worth
What is Life Care?
The most difficult financial unknown for any of us is the cost of future care. It certainly is the most important — and most unpredictable — part of preparing for retirement. Having a plan in place is key, and that’s where The Stayton at Museum Way by Buckner truly stands tall as the only not-for-profit Type A Life Care community in Tarrant County. With Life Care at The Stayton, you have priority access to assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation or long-term care — all at a predictable cost and provided within our gorgeous campus.
The FutureYou Deserve
The Type A Life Care contract at The Stayton includes a beautiful apartment home in our luxury high-rise community, first-class services, life-enhancing amenities, enriching programming and, most significantly, unlimited access to healthcare with a predictable monthly payment for life. This means you avoid typical inflationary increases in care — taking that unknown out of the picture and providing unequaled peace of mind for your future. Not only are you no longer worrying about how you will pay for care, but you also don’t have to worry about where you’ll receive it.

How Does Life Care Work?
Life Care at The Stayton is a unique senior living contract that gives you the security of knowing you’ll have access to care — be that assisted living, memory care or long-term care — right where you live, if you ever need it. Like most Life Care communities, residents pay an upfront entrance fee and an ongoing monthly fee in exchange for a wide array of services and amenities as well as healthcare services over a lifetime. Both the entrance fee and the monthly fee are associated with the size and location of the residence selected and the number of occupants. If you outlive your resources, you won’t be asked to leave due to an inability to pay — and your family will face no financial burden.

Why Now?
You’re still active and may not even be considering future care. That’s exactly why The Stayton offers Life Care. There’s so much to love about living in our vibrant 55+ community while you’re active. You have the advantage of enjoying all there is to do, and you have the pleasure of doing those things with fascinating neighbors who quickly become friends (and even feel more like family). In fact, The Stayton requires you to meet specific health qualifications to live here independently and if you wait until you have a health setback, you may be limiting your options.
