Inpatient or outpatient rehab options are available to current Stayton residents as well as older adults in the Fort Worth area. Our team of trained therapists will work with your loved one to establish the goals for rehabilitation and a treatment plan to work towards those goals.
Treatment plans are unique to each individual based on their needs and conditions. Rehabilitation services may include any of the following:
