Retirement Community Wellness

Embrace Living Well

Living well is about investing energy in yourself and making decisions that support your holistic health and well-being. It’s also about surrounding yourself with supportive people. Discover endless opportunities to fulfill yourself, including personalized wellness programs and group fitness classes where you can connect with others. Or invigorate your senses through healthy culinary experiences and learning opportunities. Our retirement community provides you with the tools to embark on a personal wellness journey that is tailored to your needs and desires.

Cultivating Opportunities to Thrive

Living well is about nourishing your whole self and embracing who you were meant to be — each and every day. Enjoying a morning walk along Fort Worth’s Trinity Trails. Attending an afternoon group yoga class in the fitness center. Savoring a freshly prepared meal with friends at the Magnolia Café. All of these experiences are an investment in your holistic health. Whole-body wellness is essential to healthy aging, which is why every aspect of life at our retirement community supports it.

    Physical Wellness

Regular physical activity has many proven benefits. But there is no one “right” way to work those extra steps, lifts and stretches into your day. The Stayton’s wellness programs are designed by senior health experts to align with your personal wellness goals and interests. Swim laps in the pool, walk or bike the Trinity Trails or enjoy weekly yoga or aerobics classes  in our senior-centric  fitness center. No matter how you choose to move your body, we’re here to help you enjoy the experience.

    Mental Wellness

Whether you are introverted or extroverted, the need to feel connected with others is one that we all experience. This connection is important to keeping our mental health in check. Engaging in conversation over lunch with a friend, planning a group outing to the Kimbell Art Museum or signing up for a monthly book club gathering are just some of the ways you can form new bonds at our welcoming retirement community.

    Spiritual Wellness

We all aspire to be a part of something greater than ourselves. Volunteering with other residents to help give back to the Fort Worth community, participating in daily mindfulness and meditation exercises, or practicing your religious beliefs can all enrich our spiritual wellness. The Stayton’s in-house interdenominational chaplain is also available to offer spiritual insight to everyone at the community. Whatever spiritual wellness means to you, The Stayton helps support your growth.
